1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS 2-door Hardtop Sport Coupe powered by a 5.4L 327cui V8 Chevy small block engine matched to a TH350 3-speed console-shift automatic transmission and driven through a conventional 10-bolt rear differential.

This Camaro was produced in the 2nd week of July 1968 in GM’s, Van Nuys (Los Angeles), Southern California plant as a RS optioned 2-dr hardtop sport coupe and was fitted with a 5.4L 327cui V8 GM Chevy small block engine that was matched with a THM350 3-speed console-shift automatic transmission and driven through a conventional 10-bolt rear differential. The trim/body plate identifies it as painted in GM’s Rallye Green paint with a White vinyl roof, trimmed with standard Ivory vinyl upholstery and Black carpet, and fitted with front bucket seats.
This Camaro RS is a lifelong Southern California resident, and as such it features a super solid, straight and rust-free body.
The car looks great in its striking factory Rallye Green paint matched to a White vinyl top which is in excellent condition. The deluxe White vinyl upholstery shows in very good condition, together with the factory bucket seats, centre console, horseshoe shifter & clock.
This Camaro RS is still wearing its original ‘Black & Yellow’ Californian number plates and it is very hard to find a true unmolested stock survivor car in this condition! The car runs and drives great, even better now with an upgraded 4-bbl carburetor which gives it some poke. It makes as an excellent driver/weekend cruiser muscle car.
